Returns/Exchanges

Damages:

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your products, we offer a full refund, less shipping if undamaged or not defective.  Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, in the presence of the driver if freight delivery.  If you notice any damage, you should make note of it when signing for delivery and take a photo.  If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to sales@bidetsbest.com or call us at (206) 705-9151 and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

In order to receive a refund, the product must remain in its unopened original packaging due to the unique hygienic nature of bidet products.  Customers have 30 days to return the product(s).

Cancellations & Refunds:

All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped.  If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Additionally, all credit card orders over $250 are subject to a credit card transaction fee of 2.9% for all major cards and 3.9% for American Express.  Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
